Michael Shackleford was born in the United States of America in California in 1965. He has been learning computer science at the University of California at Santa Barbara. After the graduation in 1988 he decided to pass the actuary exams. In 1995 he passed his last exam. He had been working as a claims adjuster in the Social Security Administration.
